Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, the supplement bottle must be unopened, with the outer and inner safety seals intact. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, as we cannot guarantee their safety for resale. Please ensure the items are packed securely for their return journey to prevent damage.
Initiating a Return

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the specific shipping instructions for our Kensington facility. Please do not send items back without this authorization, as it may delay your refund.
Shipping Costs
